[atug] web mail and calendaring usability tests for November 27 and 29

All,

We have two dates next week for usability testing:

Monday, November 27, 11 to 12:30 (Sun Messaging and Microsoft Outlook
Web Access)

and

Wednesday, November 29, 11 to 12:30 (Oracle Collaboration Suite and Mirapoint)

Both sessions will be in the conference room in 102 Pomerene. The
sessions will be highly focused walk throughs of the abbreviated
protocols for web and calendar clients.

We now have access to the Sun client. So our complement of systems is
finally complete.

I will have worked out all of the technical glitches with JAWS, which
blue-screened us this week. I will also have a "in case of fire" JAWS
keystroke cheat-sheet ready. No more scrambling through the JAWS
online help (we hope).
