Thanks to all who participated in the meeting on January 16th.  

Here are my notes.. Regrettably late.

Attendees:  Dawn Hunziker, Joe Wheaton, Ken Petri, Janna Cameron

We went through scenarios in the Google Doc.  
The updates are marked up in the document - which should be available to
all call participants.

We discussed divvying up the expert evaluation.  Certain sections were
claimed.  If interested - please send me a note.

We also discussed the "special access" label in Desire2Learn.  The
"special access" feature allows instructors to override the availability
and timing settings of an item (e.g. a quiz) for specified users.  I did
some investigation into this - this is a label you should be able to
change through the "manage languages" feature of Desire2Learn.  

Next meeting:
It seems like we still need to find a regular meeting time.  I've
created another poll.  Please select a day that works for you by the end
of this week.
