NEW WAC EMAIL MAILING LISTS
This email announcement is coming to you on one of the two new mailing
lists to which you have been automatically subscribed. These lists
replace the old "webaccess" list.
Account information has been sent to you, along with passwords for
both lists. The lists can be managed online via a web interface or by
sending email to the lists.
The lists are:
wac-announce at lists.wac.ohio-state.edu
wac-ask at lists.wac.ohio-state.edu
Why two lists? The "wac-announce" list is a "push" list, solely for
periodic use by WAC staff for newsletters and event announcements. You
cannot reply to this list. The "wac-ask" list is for intra-group
communications. You can post questions on web design, usability, and
accessibility to the "wac-ask" list. (Note: wac-ask limits attachments
to 200 KB.)
You can manage your accounts on both lists and view archives of past
posts by going to https://behemoth.wac.ohio-state.edu/mailman/. You
can also manage your accounts by sending emails. To get a list of the
available commands send email to:
wac-announce-request at lists.wac.ohio-state.edu or
wac-ask-request at lists.wac.ohio-state.edu
with the word "help" in the body of the message. Leave the subject blank.
