[wac] Survey of Survey tools forum

[Ken Petri]

The WAC will be presenting at a Digital Union forum on online survey
tools. We will be comparing them in broad terms and looking closely at
their relative ease of use and accessibility, from the perspective of
both the administrator and survey participant.

Though we have a lot of information to present, we hope also to invite
open discussion and information sharing.

The forum is Tuesday, April 8, at 9 AM. Here is the full information
