[wac] UT Accessibility Institute petition and Target case settled

Hi All,
The University of Texas, Austin, Accessibility Institute has lost
university support and will close. The Institute was an inspiration
for our own Web Accessibility Center. There is an online petition you
can sign to encourage UT to rethink its decision and keep the
Institute going:

Also, you may have heard that the NFB suit against Target.com has been
settled. There are a couple of interesting blog posts here:
